We are pleased to be able to now offer you the option of creating 'Open Box' orders. An Open Box allows you to build your orders over time and have them all shipped together in one delivery, saving you money on postage costs.
How to set up an Open Box:
1. Choose the products you would like to order and add to your cart as normal.
2. Select START/ADD TO OPEN BOX when choosing your shipping option.
3. Complete your order and pay for your items. We will keep your order to one side.
5. Shop as many times as you like, selecting START/ADD TO BOX at checkout so that we know to put your items aside as part of your Open Box. You may find it useful to add a note at checkout to confirm how many open box orders you have placed so far, i.e. this is order 2, order 3, etc.
5. When you are ready to close your box, simply select the CLOSE OPEN BOX option at checkout. You will be charged £3.50 for shipping at this point and we will ship all of your items together.
Please note, if your total box weight exceeds 2kg there may be an additional postage charge, however we will contact you if this is the case.
Open Boxes may be kept open for up to 90 days, after which we will contact you to check if you would to go ahead with closing your box.
Open Boxes WILL NOT be sent until the final order has been placed and the CLOSE OPEN BOX option is selected at check out.
