Shipping policy

DELIVERY COST

We charge a flat-rate of £3.50 for shipping on all orders up to £30. Orders of £30 or more qualify for FREE shipping. 

Your order will be sent via 2nd class standard shipping with Royal Mail. If you need to receive your parcel urgently, please get in touch on info@voodooscent.co.uk to discuss this. 

 

TURNAROUND TIMES

Estimated turnaround time for all items is currently 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. These are estimated turnaround times only and should there be any delay in sending out your order, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. Please also refer to the Royal Mail website for delivery times in addition to the turnaround times stated here. 

During the current Covid-19 pandemic your orders may take slightly longer to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

Currently we are only able to offer UK mainland shipping. Please continue to check our website for any updates regarding overseas shipping.
